Admission Criteria & Policy

As on 1.04.2020 the child’s age should be:
1. 3 years for Admission in Nursery

2. 4 years for Admission in Junior K. G.

3. 5 years for Admission in Senior K. G.

4. 6 years for Admission in Grade I

5. The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the Application Form.

6. Photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission.

7. The Application Form submitted at the school reception does not entitle the candidate for admission in school unless confirmed.

8. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected. Kindly avoid any kind of cutting, fluid markings and over-writing in the form.

9. Admission in Sr. K.G. onwards will be based on the availability of seats & performance in the Entrance Test.

10. Transport facility will be made available to the students, subject to the availability of seats from any particular area. In case, school transport is not available, the parents will have to make their own arrangements. Routes charted out by the school will not be altered.

11. School Hours:

Nur to Sr. Kg: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 am (Monday to Friday)

Grade I IV: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Classes V XII: 7:35 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Holiday on 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month)

1. The school fees will be collected in 4 installments.

2. Parents/Guardians should collect their receipt for any payment made to the School.

3. Fees must be paid as per the below schedule:

  • 1st Installment in March (As per the schedule)
  • 2nd Installment on or before 15th June 2020
  • 3rd Installment on or before 15th September 2020
  • 4th Installment on or before 15th December 2020

Fees can be paid vide Cheque, DD or Cash. Late fee submission will attract fine of Rs.5 per day. Charges for cheque return Rs. 300/- Fee can also be submitted on Half yearly or Yearly basis.

4. The school aims to provide the best infrastructure, resources and teachers to its students. To keep up with the inflation and increase in procurement costs, there might be hike upto 10 to 15% in the school and bus fee every year.

5. No fees should be sent/entrusted to the school teaching, bus or other staff.

6. Fee defaulters are liable to be debarred from exams.

7. Pupils leaving the school in the middle of the year (after November) will have to pay the fees till March. If the child leaves the school after reopening date, first quarter fees will be charged.

8. Parents seeking transfer certificate (T.C.) should give an application on or before 1st February. Applications received after the date will be liable to pay the first quarter fees.

9. The admission fee will be charged in KG, Primary (Std. I), Secondary (Std.IX) and at Higher Secondary (Std. IX) Levels.

10. Conveyance fee details:

  • Bus fees will be charged for the entire session.
  • Bus fees is charged as per the route opted.
  • Students seeking bus facility will not be allowed to cancel the bus facility once it is availed.
  • In case of cancellation of the bus facility, the entire year fee will be charged.

11. Parents/Guardians should provide Parents ID card at the time of fees payment.


Our School has a fleet of buses. The students embark and disembark within the school campus under the vigilance of the transport In-charge and the teaching staff. Safety on the road is given paramount importance. An escort teacher and a lady attendant accompanies the students in every bus from the onset and disembarks only after the last child is dropped safely. All the buses are equipped with GPS tracking system and has a medical kit for emergency incidents. In case of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances parents are immediately informed through SMS.

1. The bus facility once opted for has to be continued throughout the year. The bus facility, in special cases, can be discontinued or changed with prior permission of the school authorities.
2. All students using the school bus are expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus.
3. The bus will not wait for late comers.
4. Students should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
5. No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it has made a complete stop.
6. All students must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding their buses. No student should travel standing on the foot-board.
7. The front door of the bus is the only authorised entrance and exit.
8. The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stops only, unless otherwise directed by the bus incharge. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and if deemed necessary, is subject to change by the school authority.
9. When the bus is moving, students must not move around in the bus nor must they expose their heads or arms outside the window.
10. Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by them.
11. Discarding of trash or food either inside or outside buses is not permitted.
12. Unruly behaviour like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited. Courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
13. Students must not distract the driver’s attention.
14. Any form of indiscipline in the bus will lead to withdrawal of the facility.

School Rules

1. Students must be respectful to their school mates and staff members.

2. During school hours, students are expected to communicate only in English.

3. Students must keep the campus clean.

4. Defacing the school walls / washroom and vandalizing school furniture and other miscellaneous items will be treated as a misconduct and will invite action against the defaulters.

5. Students must not indulge in any act that will tarnish the image of the school.

6. Students must not bring cash or wear jewellery / accessories etc. (School will not be responsible in case of loss / theft of any expensive items).

7. Students are prohibited from bringing cameras, I-pods, mobile phones, any other electronic gadgets, magazines, sharp instruments, blades etc. inside the school premises. Parents should check their ward’s bag daily to avoid any mishap.

8. Misconduct, misbehavior and indiscipline in school transport will attract strict action

9. Students are strictly prohibited to commute to school by two wheelers as mandated by CBSE and as per instructions received from local police authorities in view of the safety concerns of the students. School will not be responsible for any mishaps or any vehicles parked in the neighborhood. Students found in possession of a Mobile phone or commuting school by two-wheelers will be charged a fine of Rs. 500/-

10. No gifts for teachers/school staff or partying with teachers in or outside the school will be encouraged.

11. No student will be allowed to enter the school premises without proper uniform.

12. Students are expected to respect school property and the property of others. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done, even by accident, should be reported at once to the Class teacher, Coordinator, Vice Principal or Principal.

13. The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose performance in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.

14. Repeated absence without leave application or unexplained absence for three consecutive working days renders a strict disciplinary action.

15. All students are expected to attend school on the re-opening days, failing to do so, the name will be struck off the rolls.

16. In all matters, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding upon the students

Students will be issued Green, Blue or Red stamp if found deviating school rules & regulations.
1. Dress Code violation.
2. Chewing Gum in the school premises.
3. Failure to deliver written communication with parents. (Remarks/Circulars)
4. Failure to communicate in English in the campus.
Severe Offences
1. Vulgarity/ Profanity
2. Disruptive behaviour in the school campus.
3. Cheating
4. Fighting/ Unsafe behaviour
5. Damaging/ Defacing school property.
6. Vandalism
7. Forgery of Parent’s signature.
8. Harassment/ threatening/ bullying behaviour towards other students and school personnel.
The behavior listed above will warrant following actions.
1st Warning: Blue Stamp (Written observation)
2nd Warning: Green Stamp (Written observation/ Immediate conference with parents)
3rd Warning: Red Stamp. (Suspension)
